What is the process for uploading documents?

Click the “Upload documents” button on the IDOC dashboard and follow the instructions on the window. You can repeat the file selection process and upload as many files as you like. It may take approximately 10 business days for your documents to be processed and update the status of your required documents. Please note that documents must be no larger than 9 MB.
